What information must I have available when calling for service or technical support?

If the call is specific to a particular boiler or water heater, we will need both the model and serial number of the unit, date of installation and description of the problem. Do you have preferred contractors?

We support all licensed mechanical contractors. If you need a contractor, we do have a "Preferred Contractor Network", including contractors who are familiar with our products and have completed specific training at our facilities. We would be happy to refer you to a contractor in your area. Please call (734) 266-5300.
