Our service department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with all of your service needs, including emergencies.

Training classes are held several times a year in our state of the art training facility. Classes are put on for contractors, engineers and inspectors in such topics as the design and application of Raypak boilers. Our facility includes a working, live-fired boiler for hands on training.

The H20 Education Seminar (Housing, Headaches and Opportunities) is an educational forum on new technology and water-related cost savings. Education on the major challenges and trends in your industry is the first step you, as a property owner/manager, can take towards making high-priority changes, we’re inviting you and your team to participate in our H2O Forum, a session in which we’ll tell you what we’ve learned, ask for your feedback on the pressures, changes and opportunities you see, and work together for innovative, responsible solutions.

Performance eVALUation, it’s not unusual for us to hear every day from property owners who are concerned about staving off the dramatic increase in their natural gas usage and costs. Many of them are also concerned that replacing their existing boiler systems will be fiscally impossible, and have found that our Performance eVALUation Process provided a solution. The process involves a complete assessment of the condition and repairs needed for existing boilers and water heating systems in each facility, and we create a detailed database that is the foundation of a long-term upgrade and phased equipment transition plan. The information gained from the eVALUation Process and the phased transition plan, in turn allows us to show you a return on investment cost justification in black and white verifiable figures.
