We provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for all hot water heating needs to major companies and organizations in the United States and Canada.

Located in Livonia, Michigan, with a 14,000 square foot facility with an average of three quarters of a million dollars of inventory on hand, including boilers, tanks, water heaters, thermostatic mixing valves, snow melting, radiant heat components, and service parts.  We provide equipment and service for the following; condensing boilers, gas boilers, hot water boilers, hot water heating, gas hot water, radiant floor heating, heated driveway, Raypak boiler parts and Raypak pool heaters.

We have a state of the art training facility, where we regularly put on classes for contractors, engineers and inspectors. Our facility includes a working, live-fired boiler for hands on training.

With over 40 years of experience, our team of industry veterans can design and provide a cost effective solution for any hot water need. We have designed and supplied equipment for jobs and clients such as Ford Field, Campus Martius, University of Michigan, Ed Rose, Formidable Group and residential radiant and snow melting systems to name a few.
