About Us

Performance Engineering Group is a family business started in the 1950s, specializing in hot water solutions. Located in Livonia, Michigan, with a 14,280 square foot facility with an average of three quarters of a million dollars of inventory on hand, including boilers, tanks, water heaters, thermostatic mixing valves and snowmelting and radiant heat components, and service parts.

We also have a state of the art training facility, where we regularly put on classes for contractors, engineers and inspectors in such topics as the design and application of Raypak boilers. Our facility includes a working, live-fired boiler for hands on training.

We have designed and supplied equipment for jobs throughout North America such as Ford Field, Frankemuth, Campus Martius and residential radiant and snowmelting systems to name a few. With over 40 years of experience, our team of industry veterans can design and provide a cost effective solution for any hot water need.
